The aim of ICSEF 2017 is to bring together scientists and engineers working in the field of energy and resource use in food chains. ICSEF 2017 will report on the latest thinking, technologies and approaches for energy demand reduction and minimisation of resource use, including water and waste, across all stages of food chains from primary production to consumption and waste management.
Themes at ICSEF 2017 will include: -Energy and Resource Use in Agriculture/Food Production -Sustainable Food Processing -Distribution and Logistics -Consumption -Waste Management.
